I've been noticing the crazed boyfriend trend (and we're not talking about your lover) this year and it's definitely going to be consistent through Fall. With so many types of boyfriend denim offered now from relaxed boyfriend to slim fit boyfriend it does give a gal many options for that "I didn't try to put this together" look. I'm partial to the look, neither here nor there because it really can leave your butt looking like a sack of potatoes. If your into that sorta thing then I'd say this trend is for you, if your not look for the slim fit versions that will leave you looking less like you need a meal and more put together.

Here are some blogger and celebrity takes on the trend. What do you think?

Valentino Fall 2013 Trunk Show

I recently attended the Valentino Fall 2013 Trunk Show at Nordstroms to check out some items straight of the runway. Ever known for it's glamour and notorious for it's red, Valentino's Fall 2013 collection didn't disappoint. The theme of the night was definitely black and red, with massive adornments of studs and a touch of animal print.

The fashion world's heel of the moment the "Rockstud" was present in all it's strappy glory and a few bags and accessories from the actual runway were available to shop that night. I practically salivated over the details in the red embossed purse from the runway...Mr. Valentino if your out there, I will rock this bag for you anyday!

Now I always say to indulge has taken on a whole new meaning for me. I don't associate that word with cramming brownies in my face or spending my entire savings on clothes and shoes. The word to me means, do less of what you don't like and more of what you do like. Do things that help you feel better, look better, smell better, eat better...you get the point. So one huge part of indulging myself is taking care of my body, finding new ways to motivate that are always fun. Enter Gympact available on both Iphones and Androids it's an app that PAYS YOU to work out. Yes you read that correctly, it pays you approximately 50 cents a workout and when you get to $10 you get a payout from the company. So what's the catch you ask? Well my husband has tried it out for almost a month now and here's the deets:

Company Name: Gympact
Available On: Android and Iphone for free
How It Works: Every Sunday, you make a pact to work out for the next week a certain number of days. You then set the fee you are willing to pay if you miss a day (minimum is $5). Each day you set that you meet, you get paid 50 cents.
Where Can I Workout: It has a GPS so any actual gym can be entered before you join tracked. You must workout for a minimum of thirty minutes for it to count and if you leave at all, the GPS will automatically log you out. You cannot work out at home or at an office.
What If I Am A Runner: Recently they've joined forces with RunKeeper which used simultaneously will track your runs. Any run that is 30+ minutes and 2 miles/hr or more will count towards your payment.
What If I Workout Multiple Times A Day: They will only pay you for one workout a day.

Overall Verdict: 8.5. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is seriously considering getting into or staying in shape. You make a pact that you are held accountable for and if you miss it you pay, literally. If you make it, you get a reward. The reason I didn't give it a 10 is because they do not have a customer service number. Recently my husband has had issues where the app will check him out at 27 minutes even though he is still at the gym. This has happened twice and the only way to reach customer service is to email. I have heard however, they are very accomodating and all issues from other people have gotten fixed right away.
